This is how it's usually eaten. It's supposed to be yak cheese but you can substitute it for a different cheese. Of course you can add your own things but then it no longer becomes the same dish ;)
was gonna try with cheddar or smoked gouda since thats the only cheese i have
lol but nvm ill get a small feta lol

You mean a big feta...1/2 lb for 2 cups or rice. I usually add more cheese then recommended. Honestly makes the recipe

im going to only make a small amount to try it so im not wasting much if i dont like it lol.

Corned beef brisket today. 2 different methods. Cooked like a saucage steamed in water the other is simmering for 1.5 hours

It cooked for 1.5 hours. The slow cooked one tastes amazing!! Much less salty, less fatty and overall a better taste
