nah, my Salvinis didn't make it. One ended up w/ Pop-eye and the other got killed by either JDs, GT, or Jewel - not sure which one did it but if I had to guess, probably my psychotic female GT, Angel....she has killed several fish in the past 9 months since I got her. Crazy ***** chases my male Dovii non-stop like he ain't nothin' to her. This why I always say Salvinii is over-rated aggressionIs that a salvini staring at me there in pic 9?

refresh, I edited my postThat sounds like a scary fish! My salvini was still aggressive to the danios, and shredded them along with the fins of my betta
The ones in the pics or the one in my tank?
have fun with that, they ALWAYS seem to have Hexamita. IDK if they are naturally prone to it or what.Ah okay
Cichlids are pretty cool, although i just want the one for now. One day i definitely want some rivalatus terrors
You thought about joining those 55g together, have a 4 by 3 footprint. So I got my new 75g up and running and upgraded the "peaceful SA with some small CA community" from the 55g. Now the 55g is running w/ no fish, so i'll throw a few Convict fry in it to keep the BB alive and i'm still waiting on the 3rd 75g my buddy is bringing me one of these days for free to upgrade the 2nd 55g.
This brings everything to a grand total of 525 gallons combined and 285g of empty tanks here currently. Not sure what is left in storage, but at least two or three 40g Breeders two or three 15g, around fifteen 10g and who-knows-what-else
MUST GET MORE TANKS...................and fish
*** pix coming soon ***
not a bad idea, but I doubt there's an easy way to do it......plus one of them is BRAND new......not even sure how I would do it and if it would even be structurally safeYou thought about joining those 55g together, have a 4 by 3 footprint.
lol funnnty. At $1-per-gallon, who could resist adding another 75g?Step away...just put everything down and back out of the fish room lol grats on the new tank
