So here are before/after of one of my GT's. This one hasn't put on as much size as one of the others, but it's really coloured up.

Here are two photos from January 22nd:

And here are two from right now, February 8th:

To me there is a huge difference in the seam on the caudal fin. Non-existent at first, now it's what I would consider pretty typical.

Sorry, the second picture above is a different fish. I meant to post to the last photo I attached when editing - the problems of trying to select a thumbnail of s photo while working off a 4" phone screen

No big size differences but got some pics of him tonight
He is settled in and very active
With a killer appetite I'm loving him

I got a video of him/her
Now I'm starting to lean towards female that's what my gut tells me, still missing bottom trailer but it should grow back soon. Look female to Any of you ?

Was that your smoke alarm beeping in the video? That usually means it's st the end of it's life and should be replaced (if it's a hard wired unit), or it could time to change the batteries.

By the way, after watching the video I'm thinking it could be female as well, but if it's still under 4" or 3.5" it's really hard for me to say with certainty.

I've got 5. One I know is a male. Three I think are female. The last one I flip flop on. It's the smallest. So hard to tell.

I feel female bc it's losing the long body and getting fat so body looks more round like my old females I used to have.
