Didnt add any jalapeños. Been having some gerd issues. There is fresh cilantro in there. It may have gotten buried in there.

Everyone asked for my corned-beef hash for brunch today. Added garlic sautéed baby spinach and crumpled bacon to the shredded potato and home-made corned beef and 10 eggs.
