Not skate...one hint...this fish has a characteristic that is not found in any other fish in the world..but it is a characteristic found in mammals and birds
Ding ding ding!!!we have a winner! It's the only truly warm blooded fish species there is.....and also mighty tasty
When I lived in Hawaii, one of the local restaurants had it regularly on the menu. It has to be one of my favorite cooked fish.
