Couple of days ago, we enjoyed a roast leg-o-lamb. Wish I had taken a pic of the carved roast surrounded by the potatoes and veggies. But, the family was swarming in like piranhas.

Tonight was a little more plain. I made a sloppy joe shepherd's pie with swiss cheese.

LOL!!!

I added coconut milk, sugar and a bit of salt. Made a huge batch and froze the rest. It stinks up the whole downstairs whenever I eat it.

Here's a few from work.roast quail with brussels,bacon and chestnuts. Venison tenderloin with morrel cream.and crab soufflé

If the quail hadn't been ID'd, I would have wondered why there was a half of a head of cabbage with the chicken.
