240 Gallon Build thread

Finally arrived.

Started the leak test,

Noticed a little seam separation on the top? Is this true or am I crazy lol?

Doesnt look like any seperation to me, run over it with your fingernail and if it goes into a divit then the might be.

Update day one of leak test. SHE STILL HOLD WATER!

I will be upgrading the bottom bulkheads as they kinda barely cover the top hole. Just to be safe...

Gonna let it stay with water for a couple of days.

Sunday if it's sunny, stand build will start taking place. Could've been sooner, but it's been raining here almost everyday so far

Yeah for sure upgrade to a larger diameter bulkhead or at a minimum the largest flange. I had a similar issue on my last build and had to get creative. Not the place you want a rock being moved around and spring a leak.

I am going to hit up a sat water shop near me, they carry bulkheads, so I will make sure that they are the right size. These "smaller ones" will make great return bulkheads

Oh perfect. Yeah hang on to those bulkheads. It nice to have a stash handy for future projects
