Hydrogen peroxide, is a weaker oxidizer and may not be strong enough to get it all, in such large tank with "stuff" in it. Any time Peroxide comes into contact with organic material, some of the peroxide is neutralized weakening its effect on what is left..
If it were me, and I was moving in 10 weeks, I'd bleach the tank with everything in it for a while, bleach it again, drain it, and not fill it again until after the move.
