Bleaching it with filters on, and all decor in the tank would "probably " sterilize it.
I'd do it once, then a week later, and maybe even another time after that.
Hydrogen peroxide, is a weaker oxidizer and may not be strong enough to get it all, in such large tank with "stuff" in it. Any time Peroxide comes into contact with organic material, some of the peroxide is neutralized weakening its effect on what is left..
If it were me, and I was moving in 10 weeks, I'd bleach the tank with everything in it for a while, bleach it again, drain it, and not fill it again until after the move.
And watch the aimara survivor in the hospital tank carefully.
It may be immune, it may be infected, it may be an asymptomatic carrier.

That's what I was thinking. Bleach the hell out of it. Toss all media except what's in the hospital tank. I'm just going to need a ton of bleach. I think it's something like 1 to 9 ratio I'm suppose to use.
