Here in Southern New York, they're extinct. They're in bad shape in other places, too.

Rainbow trout isn't going extinct is it?
I mean that and sardines are the ONLY fish I eat... And I catch rainbow trout when I go fishing

Just noticed my Tuna can for lunch is from Thailand, wild caught, and 100% dolphn safe.

I think all fish were once fresh water, which left them scattered after the big flood of 3000 BC.

With species going extinct ever since.

But how could a German brown trout, from Europe hybridize with a Brook trout native to North American.

Which similarly has added a few cutthroat sub species to get "rainbowed out of existence" In parts of the Wyoming Rocky mountains.
