Mine only squabbled once that I can think of. They were super peaceful and tolerant otherwise so hopefully it was just an initial incident.

Worms would be awesome!

Yeah. I'm going to try that again. The problem I've found with doing that so far is the ropes go after the blood worms first then while they are doing that the bichirs eat the pellets.

Are there other frozen options or live options other than frozen fish. I haven't checked prices but I can't imagine doing that is cheap and supplies last long

Grocery store frozen tilapia isn't expensive, esp. for the number of fish you have. Shouldn't be bad!

You could pick the pellets out of the bloodworms before putting them in? So no actual bloodworms get in the tank? Just an idea.

Flint town!
Tilapia at kroger is like 6.99 usually on sale. There are about 8 fillets in the bag. I use 1/3 to 1/2 a fillet once a week. You could feed more often and still have 2 months worth.

Have you got small smelly pellets? My ropes went for ocean Nutrition pellets on the second day when I tried feeding :)

Alright. Well if I can't get them to eat the shrimp pellets and thera a with bloodworm juice after a few days of not feeding, I'll switch to the carnivore pellets. Then if that doesn't work I'll try tilapia
