I’m in the process of prepping some driftwood and planning some scaping for the tank. Although these guys love the PVC elbows! I am thinking of going with live plants like Anubias and some swords planted in shallow containers.

FishBeast Regarding the bv endli. Is it confirmed to be a facial markings between the eyes and '7' by the gill plate? I believe it is a permanent irregular mark. Just as many laps and pbb have the symmetrical dash symbols on each side - - behind the eye. Haven't looked into endli but some or most may have their own signature facial markings.

I just went through this whole thread. Amazing collection. Great soup for rainy days... I Laps. My absolute fave. I have a friend with a nice poly tank and I have been trying to convince him to trade me for his lap for a while now. I think it is faranah but still a noob so not sure.

He’s actually on here just hasn’t been active since last year. I’m pretty sure he would bleed before parting with his polys. His wife made a joke about if she tried to mess with that tank there would be divorce papers in place. Lol so I didn’t push too hard.
