Nice piece FishBeast ! The Black spots are present for some Wild Caught Specimens. The black markings are from the scars left by the parasite called Metacercariae. They’re harmless.

Ate first meal in QT. No sign of disease so far. Will still treat with parasite guard. Plan to put into main tank this weekend during WC, which would be 1 week mark.

Either 15 or 16 finlets based on this screenshot but I’ll try to get a better photo. The last one I counted has multiple rays like 1-15 but membrane is joined to the tail complex. So I don’t know.

This is 15 Finlets. Last one attached to the tail is is part of the count. Many PBB have 15.
