Please post video! I wanna see them move!
Here ya go man, took a video of the reef. set to 1080p for good quality.
Also added a fish last week- a tanaka's pygmy wrasse. Had been looking for one for a while, ended up having to buy one in NJ and bring it to DC on a bus with me.

Hot damn my dude, It's looking killer. Loving the clarity of your tank. It's nice to see things doing well. I just set up my Nuvo 10 as an upgrade from my 5 and my lfs just got in a few yellow banded wrasses. Your tank tempts me to snag one lol.

Thanks, and nice, I love the look of the Nuvo! And I def recommend the wrasse, I like the look of the yellow banded as well. Super active, curious fish who isn't too shy.

Gorgeous!
Thank you!

Set up a mini macroalgae grow box in the back of the tank a couple weeks ago, and just today got a small LED light for it. I am growing gracilaria, mainly as a place for pods to live away from the wrasse (who loves to eat them) and also theoretically, to absorb some nitrates.

here's what it looks like

Might have to dip my toes in saltwater and get some corals
I recommend it, very entertaining hobby. Especially if you've only done fresh for a long time, nice to learn a whole new side of it.

Here's an updated shot, added a couple "pico rox", which are very well made magnetic frag rocks that look like real live rock. You can see them stuck on the sides of the back wall, with frags on them. I also changed the refugium setup, now have a submersible light in the back chamber, but don't have pics of it yet.
