Delhezi/Senegal advice (AND MY LOWBOY SETUP!!)

I’ll get some good pics when I get home from work. The sand was World Wide Imports aqua Terra. It’s acrylic coated and got a lot of bad reviews on Amazon because people don’t know how to work with sand. (Just stir it up in a bucket with a whisker. Lots of whisking)
I may add Congo Tetras and of course some more polys. Thank you all for the kind words. The bristle nose is an albino Veiltail apparently. I don’t know if Veiltail is an official description, there’s tons of different types, but his tail is ridiculously long and I’m looking forward to his bristles getting super long too, butterfly koi get super long barbels and it seems plecos with the long fin gene are the same way. Will definitely post close ups, tried to upload a video, but it doesn’t seem to like iPhone videos and YouTube’s compression make everything look like crap. My favorite part of the scape is a piece of driftwood I found that is termite eaten, it looks like dragon stone. Anyway, back to work for now. Thanks again!!

Yessir. Although it’s the medium overflow. Rated for something like 600 gph, so the chance of needing it are practically nonexistent. Flexible tubing made installation super easy, but I’ve got red and blue pvc that I would like to hook up once I’m happy with the setup. Sooner or later I’ll probably get a better stand made, or at least skin and stain this one.

He’s in love with the susswasertang. I can’t wait till that stuff takes over the tank. Well, that and the micro sword if it gets rooted before they rip it all up. At least the dwarf Lillie’s won’t get knocked into the overflow. Not certain about the crypts.

Damnit I forgot. My sweet little sen. Even missing his pectoral fin, he’s still constantly zooming around and booping everything. It looks like the base of the fin isn’t damaged. He lost the whole fin, but I think it’ll grow back.

Set up and fish look great. Be careful with that eshopps. I had one flood on me. If the u tube loses siphon for some reason the pump will drain your sump overflowing the main tank. I never figured out what caused mine to lose siphon, i think my kids are some how to blame lol.

If i were to use one again i'd either duct tape it down to the overflow box or use pieces of a acrylic to make a lock
