That's usually the case....the owner causes the problem and someone else's hand is forced.

Dude the bias is ridiculous.... heterosexual male from NY... well you know where im going with it.

Hello; I don't think in KPH so may have this wrong. I think 100 KPH is about 62 MPH. Someone correct this if wrong. I will look at the speedometer later. Both my vehicles show KPH and MPH for some years but the MPH is much bigger and I have only ever needed to think in MPH as that is how all the posted speed limits are listed.

I like to watch the bicycle races from around the world which commonly use distance in kilometers. I do know that 1 mile is 0.62 kilometers. A 5k running race is about three miles. A 10 K is about six miles.
I'm terrible with maths and haven't finished my morning coffee yet so most of that confused me but pretty much what you're saying is yes, mph is faster than kph? The police here would have booked both of you lol

Dog dies. I say i told you so lol

The law stated that the dog has to be under the owners control but isnt required to use a leash. I have no idea who came up with this...smh
This is how stupid this is getting. After the last run in with her. I called the cops. Cops explains the leash law. When i told him i was aware and know there is nothing he can do BUT need him to file the report anyway because when i end up killing the dog i want there to be a paper trail showing that i tried to resolve this peacefully.... he smiled and said smart move
Smart move indeed. The law in tas say dogs and cats must be confined to your property or be on a suitable restraint accompanied by a capable person. No thin flimsy leads for large powerful dogs and no kids walking large dogs without adults. If people abode by it it would be very effective, but no one listens and the cops don't care until someone gets hurt..

Hello; The policeman looked me over as I went by but went after the faster car. Most days they will give you 5 mph over the limit which is where I was.
A thought; I now can get 40 posts per page. I just noticed the option today. Upper right hand corner was saying in blue letters showing 10 posts per page. I clocked on it and changed it to 40

Last night the HOA people met with her and she's insisting that the rules state her dog is allowed to be on another home owners property as long as she removes it.
That sounds like b.s. , city law I believe says they are not allowed on other's property(of course it's not enforced) but HOA can't overturn city law.

Hello; This sounds right to me even if it is not somehow. I get the HOA stuff is what you agree to when you buy property in one of these communities but it is still private property is it not? I passed up on a nice property with an HOA type set of rules when looking at property because I did not want to deal with the pages of restrictions.

It is b.s. i did a little digging and the HOA can be sued just as easily as the homeowner especially when theres documented issues that have not been addressed.

Oh yeah shes twisting the rule and interpreting it to suit her needs. Allot of bias since most of the HOA shares her...... lifestyle

I'm sure they mean well and have their good points but I hope to never have to live in an area that is lorded over by such an organization.

For the most part the cops are pretty good with 5km's over, any more than that and you'll likely get pulled over.

On a different topic my housemate and his brother brought a kitten they'd found in the yard inside while I was having a bath.. Now it won't leave... Its 1:30am here and I have a strange kitten in my house that I have no idea whether or not is toilet trained... :help2:
