It is a unique flavor. If you've had good jambalaya, you know how it tastes. If not it's going to be a new experience for you. There's a few good recipes online for jambalaya. It's worth trying.

It’s rice and mushroom cooked in chicken stock. Chicken marinated with olive oil, paprika, onion powder, brown sugar, pepper, tyme and garlic powder. All in one dish cooked together except the mushrooms.
