I have no clue what is going on here. I noticed it just now. There is a new piece of Manzanita wood I. The tank. There are 2 new fish: a large Polypterus Palmas and a medium p. Mokelembembe. His fins are red in some parts, and it’s almost like you can see his bones. It’s only the tail and anal fin

As soon as possible get a test kit and find out your parameters. I honestly never worry too much about fin damage as it’s usually just fin rot or injury and heals on its own in a few days to a week but this looks a bit worse. I would personally quarantine and use salt baths as a remedy

2 new bichirs added + the resident bichir = bichir territorial aggression. (as others have stated). The wounds are consistent with damage from another fish.

just water changes. The fin can grow back to normal. I've had a retro which lost a few finlets and rays all the way down to the base of the tail, and it grew back to exactly the way it was. (I used nothing but water changes).

So who has perfect fins? the Del?

The Palmas. He’s a few inches larger than everyone and stole the dels perch on the driftwood.
