In general frontosa grow slower. I have a mikula colony with a showpiece alpha male pushing around 13 to 14 inches which took 3 years to grow

I'm actually looking forward to the slow growth. Less maintenance and food bill.

I'd like them to get to the 3-4" mark quickly, I know it won't happen. I kinda bought them as a spree of the moment kinda thing. I was expecting the vender to bring some sumbu to go in that tank but brought only 1....but she brought alot of these. Ive not not wanted these lol. I have a 180 to set up for these but man they'd be lost in the 180, their lost in the 125.
