It was huge a month ago, and has become even bigger. It’s really frightening but I’m not going to cut this fish. He’s going to live or die on his own, in his own tank.

I think Santa Clause would be rather disappointed in your evaluation of chimneys Brian. Lol.
Well he would be disappointed in the chimney anyway because the previous owners took down the fire place, it’s just a walled up chimney now. Ol’ fatty would have to shimmy his way back up if he went down or coke busting through the wall like the koolaid man lol
Santa sure is in for a surprise once he wedges his rotund behind down that chimney!
It was a rental, owner probably got tired of having his insurance higher because of the chimney and also renters doing stupid stuff with fire.
Oh,well I guess those would be good enough reasons to do what he did!
I'm curious Brian. Why does a chimney breast add extra to the house insurance? And if the fireplace is boarded up then the danger from a fire is eliminated.
