Well he would be disappointed in the chimney anyway because the previous owners took down the fire place, it’s just a walled up chimney now. Ol’ fatty would have to shimmy his way back up if he went down or coke busting through the wall like the koolaid man lolI think Santa Clause would be rather disappointed in your evaluation of chimneys Brian. Lol.
....removed the fireplace, why would they do such a thing like that?Well he would be disappointed in the chimney anyway because the previous owners took down the fire place, it’s just a walled up chimney now. Santa sure is in for a surprise once he wedges his rotund behind down that chimney!Global warming Krich, lol.
It was a rental, owner probably got tired of having his insurance higher because of the chimney and also renters doing stupid stuff with fire.....removed the fireplace, why would they do such a thing like that?
Oh,well I guess those would be good enough reasons to do what he did!It was a rental, owner probably got tired of having his insurance higher because of the chimney and also renters doing stupid stuff with fire.
I'm curious Brian. Why does a chimney breast add extra to the house insurance? And if the fireplace is boarded up then the danger from a fire is eliminated. It was a rental, owner probably got tired of having his insurance higher because of the chimney and also renters doing stupid stuff with fire.
I’m just guessing it does but it does make sense as regular fires going on in your house raises the chances of something going wrong so they’d need compensation for the increased risk they’re taking on. They likely took it down and walked it up then they told their insurance to get the lower rates.I'm curious Brian. Why does a chimney breast add extra to the house insurance?
