Ok no problem heres a thread that might be useful to you.

I know these key points for venting
1. Male severum have pointed vent it looks like a “V” shape.
2. Female severum fish have tube vent it looks like a “U” shape.
3. Male seveum have worms or snake thick pattern on face and they have pointed anal fin.
4. Female severum have no patterns or slight patterns and they don’t have pointed fins.
5. If we vent them females have round shaped vent and bigger than anus. Males have pointed shape vent and same size as anus
6. Actual thing is some females have pointed fins and thick patterns on face and some males have no patterns on face.
i checked for severum vent pictures on google and some aquarium websites but I didn’t found single picture of severum vents.

Venting rules for severums are going to be just about the same for any cichlid.
Both holes are the same size on makes, while one is larger in females.
Severums do show sexual dimorphism though, and generally you can tell without venting.
Pictures of the fish and their vents will help.
