Best easiest cleaner for water stains on back of tank

I can only get behind my 125 with a swiffer, long stick or something with towel.

What will be the easiest safest stuff to use, vinegar or something

You could grab some towels and soak them in a vinegar solution and slap them on the glass. Let it soak a while and rub it off with a magic eraser. Also heard Bar Keepers Friend works amazing but I haven’t tried it

You mentioned that you want to paint it so personally I’d bite the bullet get some totes for the fish and clean it well and then paint it with a few coats of Rustoleum oil base paint. Otherwise a spray bottle of vinegar or CLR with a long handle algae razor scraper. I have dozens of tanks and don’t have any streaks on the rear of any of my tanks, are you using glass tops under your canopy?

ain't no way i'm tryin to move this beast away from the wall, the tank is very old and I'm already scared it's going to start coming undone some day, idk
