I used to have a native tank similar to yours. Do you have any problems getting food by the bass to the others? Mine was a hog and fast as lightning..... Every time I feed I had to distract him with a earth worm or something.

well as of now i do not, but, he is only like 3 inches long and all the other fish are larger than him, so some ofthe food he actually can't eat and he cannot eat nearly as much as the others, i may run into that issue in the future but not any time too soon

nice set up. i could help you with the gar if you want one. pm me and we could discuss further if you want. i may be finding myself with a surplus of shortnose and longnose. your bullheads might not make it though. i am in st. paul so there wouldn't be shipping. could get you a small mouth as well.
