Maybe Big boy hijacked the Schwans truck and is holding Necro hostage, till he finishes the tank, and ate his new cord?!!?

Sorry guys. Christmas sucks, and with the fuel pump going out on my wife's car, and other expenses I've had to hold off on the stuff I need to finish this tank. I had to cancel my order for the gel coat. I need a car unfortunately. Some bad news is that bumpy finally died due to complications from his little jumping adventure. It's complicated he finally ate after he was all healed up and the next day he was swimming upside down again and today he had holes in him and had rubbed all the skin off his head, and I just had to put him down. He didn't have any eyes left and the meat was hanging off his head from rubbing so much. RIP lumpy, and bumpy. Let's just hope that Dumpy still lives. he's doing fine(knock on wood), and all of my other fish are doing fine except the one 14" oscar that the big boy ate lol. Rescued some Jacks the other day as well. The plan is to now buy the pot scrubbers for the new tank, but use them to upgrade my existing filters to have them seeded for when the new tank is set up, and to also buy the remaining plywood for the tank, and I'll have to save back up for the gel coat again. Seems like life throws all kinds of curve balls at you when you are getting to where you want to be!

Ain't life funny like that... Seems like it's always something that happens.

Sorry to hear about the loss... Seems weird to have been fine for so long then just up and die after all that healing.

Hope to see some updates soon but just make sure that your keeping those fish in good shape in the mean time... you'll need them for this thing when it's done... won't be anywere near as much fun looking for a couple of Mollies in a 4000 Gallon tank as it would seem
