Yeah, the instructions come from the taking it apart stage. lol. After that it's just remembering where everything goes, but when you've done a few it's not that bad, just time consuming. You can't tell it but there's actually some metal wire ran through the center of the spinal column to give it some added support. I still have about another 100 pieces left before it's finished. I also have to fix a slight mistake that is hindering progress. My only regret so far is that it's tail came out slightly tattered. Everything else is nearly perfect save for some half healed broken ribs and vertebrae.

Technically it still is, but yes. I'm doing this for a member on here that will remain annonymous unless he choses other wise. I'm also currently working on a jaguar cichlid, and a gar for other members as well. Anyone who would like to get one done I'm still offering my services, but there's a waiting list and you shouldn't expect to get it back anytime soon. The process is very time consuming for the price I do.

that looks awesome.. You do an awesome job.. Tank is looking good too.. :headbang2:headbang2

my mom's/sister's yorkie is gettin kinda old...you think you could do a yorkie, on some kind of nice mount? It is probably smaller than some of the big fish you have done...? If you could then i know what her christmas present will be :D

Did some more ply on the inside today. Not as much as I wanted to, but I'm multi-tasking this lately. I work on the tank while I fill my three ponds. lol. That usually gives me about 2 hrs per week to work on it.

As for a fill date, that's a ways away still. I had high hopes to get it done before this winter and things were going good, but I should have started it a few months before I did. I might would have already had it filled, and saved a few of my fish. I am thinking that I would like it fill tested by May if possible. That's if everything goes as planned. You guys know how it goes though!

Awwwww... thats sooo wrong.... Funny.. but wrong
Umm, I'm not against it, but you might want to make sure that's what your mother would actually like that done! Again I will do any animal that is not endangered or threatened species. I could do a nice mount, but most people want a traditional mount for their pet dogs or cats. I'm all for doing it though. PM me in private if you are serious. I've done a cat skeleton and helped on a dog before. It's definitely easier than a fish skeleton.

hahahaha, that would be WEIRD
Believe it or not I actually did that when I was a kid. I had an interest in anatomy so my Dad and I dug up his pet cat that died when he was a kid and put the skeleton back together with clotheshangers and glue. I took it in to show and tell.
