Thanks Fleshy what new fish are you ordering? And What else can i put in there with them?

You can put just about anything still at this point. Tell us what kind of fish you really like and we can tell you if it works. Pretty much anything will be compatible that can't be eaten by the grouper at this point besides other groupers. I would stay away from getting more damsels too. They get very aggressive as they grow and cause problems in even big tanks.

so no more groupers is what I am to understand?

I have had

lions

Triggers

and tangs in the past

and am open to other ideas as well also these will eventually all go in the 300 g some day

You could pretty much pick on of each of those if you wanted. You can get species you already have had and liked or go with completely new types(my vote).

I would look into getting an angelfish of some kind, they are beautiful and have lots of personality. Take a look at what ones you like on liveaquaria or somewhere like that and then post it on here. We can let you know what ones are easier to keep than others and what ones are more aggressive.

With that said, I really think the decisions should be entirely based on what you like as long as you get input that they will work. Don't listen to our favorites and just buy those, you won't be nearly as satisfied in the end.

Dustin

Thanks for the info just got home from the LFS I bought a small undulated and a medium blue jaw they will go in the quarantine now for two to three weeks.

Also I am looking on advice on how to make fish food for these species

1 Spotted Grouper
1 lg Domino Damsel
1 sm/Med Blue Jaw Trigger
1 Sm Undulated Trigger

I bought the vitamin solution that was recommended already now what kind of fish and how to prepare and package?

For soaking?

Freeze dried works the best...but I use all fresh fish and PE mysis. Plus...I am adding some combo foods to my line up, and my standard staple of NLS.

That being said, I let my fresh seafood soak for about 45 minutes in my vitamin solution, who knows if it works.

As far as ordering fish, I am just kinda still putting together the filtration, and picking up fish that I want when available. Sorry I missed your earlier post.

Stocking is interesting. All the fish you have selected are fully capable of being lethal bullies. Proper husbandry however will go a long way towards being successful though.

I got it But what fresh seafood do you feed them? I know my Grouper is eating frozen Krill now but the Domino will not touch it I have been feeding him Some brine shrimp I have left and NLS. I would like to be able to feed one feeding for them all to eat.

What do you mean about Husbandry?
