19" Tiger Knifefish (Gymnotus Tigre)

Biggest tiger knifefish I've seen so far. Got lots of battle scars probably from other knifefish. This guy is nippy with other fish. You see the girth is almost as big as the jager heater

Fish is under quarantine. Also gymnotus does not like big tank. They do not like open space. They will actually force itself to a tighter space of given a chance.

There are actually more weirder out there. This guys are closely related to electric eels.
