19" Tiger Knifefish (Gymnotus Tigre)

I recently picked up a 26" - 27" Tiger Knife from a fellow MFK. It looks almost like a small electric eel. The diameter is over an inch across. I'll try to get a picture up but it likes to hide in the PVC pipe. It does bite or chase away any fish that swims in front of it.

You sure it's a tiger knifefish aka gymnotus tigre? Need pics for sure. Could just be a banded knifefish aka gymnotus carapo as they grow larger. Max size for gymnotus tigre is 21". Gymnotus carapo at 28". At 26-27" at only just over an inch is too skinny. My former carapo at 25" was 3" thick across.
