19" Tiger Knifefish (Gymnotus Tigre)

Nice knifefish. I have never seen a Gymnotus sp. bigger than 7" before.
Carapo gets big too biggest gymnotus second to the electric eel. Biggest one I saw was a 25" monster.
The thought of a 25" Carapo knife is horrifying. Mine is only 7" now and even mauls my plecos.
Yep they are nippy and usually they are smart enough to go for the eyes or belly of other fish.

Nope. This one is for sale. My aba aba hates it. This knifefish also kept on nipping my lungfish fins.
That sucks that you can't keep it. It would've looked sick in the 375.
