It finally got here from HongKong...
45mm LOVE...paid for it the 25th of Aug, so I guess 11 days from the other side of the planet isn't too bad...
Now to hole-0ut the back glass and install the 1" bulkhead for the return...

Here's the money shots.
I still wanna vent the overflows...about every 5 minutes I get a slight gurgle out of the right overflow...
can't figure out why, must be trapped air, but I can't purge it.
So I'll get an air valve and plumb it to the top of the overflow piping and see if that doesn't do it...
Other than that, it is dead silent.
The QuietOne 3000 is running wide open, and my overflows can keep it wet.
I figure it's doing 3 ft of head and another 2 ft for plumbing so I got to be turning 5-550 gph, and that ought to do her...
