woah as said before this is THE Single Greatest tank and stand I have seen. You have inspired me to want to build a tank just because of how amazing yours is! Thanks for being so innovative and expanding my thinking that much more.

your miniature work is most impressive. I'm guessing you build models of some kind for a living, structural or otherwise.

Here's how i'd finish your tank, again I offer this with humility as your skill far surpases anything I could accomplish.

Canopy, as I mentioned - same stone work, with assisted opening, like the hatch on a hatchback car. Incorporated into said stone work, a digital display or HUD with all the pertinent information, temp, ph etc... tank skin, I love the bambo deal you put together. Inside the tank? A wall of lava rock, home to a reef of African cichlids.

It's fun for me to speculate on your build. Why? Because what you've done so far is just so darn inspiring.

Please post more pics when you have time.

Thanx again. Sneaking in work on a couple of ornaments right now. Also working on eventually getting the tank in the house from the garage.
I used to build model cars and such in my youth. Got good enough to compete in a few model contests. Thinking about it now that was a LONG time ago.

If the link doesn't work go to Ebay and type in "aquarium epoxy" and it will be down the page.

Also, this is their website. It's new so they're still working it out:

to be honest, i was unimpressed up until i saw what you did with the stand and from there on, your work stunned me. I am in awe. keep us posted, please!

I truely can't wait to see this tank filled, running and done. I'm guessing it will probably be one of the most innovative aquatic habitats ever built within its scale. I think i'll just leave my socks off untill after the reveal, that way i won't have to go searching for them when they get knocked off. :)

Absolutly beautiful and inspiring! This makes me so antsy to start my own build. Have to have a place to put it first though:ROFL:I guess I will just have to wait and drool over yours.
