First I have heard of that pump. I like it. Curious to hear your feedback on it when you get things running.
I'll get some feedback on it once everything is set up, with the 4ft of head height that I have it should pump 1300 gph, which should be perfect

Nice. Depending upon price I may have to spring for a couple of those too. My other 1300 GPH pumps are power hogs

So like I said I'd update pricing, if any new people in the hobby want to set up something like this

Last update- $1230
Plus new additions/ sump- $200, 100lb sand and 100 something pot scrubbies-$70.
Return pump-$260.
Hoses-$40

So far I've got $1800 into this project.. At the beginning costs were low. Now near the final stretch is when the money starts to burn quickly

Now time to find some cheap driftwood and plants

looks like your getting close to finishing! What type of hose clamp are you using? I am using hoses on my tank as well and was told to look for stainless steel only
Thanks man. Yes they are stainless steel, I got them at homedepot.

I think the brand name is UPC
