Hey Frank, I just realized in the thread where you introduce the convict that Hulk wasn't there. I've not been around much so did some searching. So sorry to hear about him passing. He was quite the fish and a notable personality around here, so I know that must have been a hard one for you (and your son.) Hugs from here. xoxo

It was tougher than i thought. Im not very sentimental with fish but this was different. I care for them but its not like the relationship we have with our dogs or cats. Its the things we realize when its too late. He really was a wet pet. Biting my elbows and his other antics with be missed.

My son still isnt fully over it. I got the kids a little datnoid and just last night the kids were talking about naming it. My daughter suggested Hulk. Son turned into the water works instantly. I agree with him there can only be 1 hulk

Got him a surprise today that should chear him up big time.

Got him a jardini. The deal was we would wait until after the move but i happened to stop in a shop further north after a dr visit and the damn thing was sitting there which was odd since this shop never has anything decent.

Fish are finally in the tank!. Still have a few things to do but i love the dual herbie drains. Its unbelievably quiet.

Tank was made by midwest customs, i couldnt be happier. I'll get some pics with the lights turned up once they settle in as they pretty stressed atm

My wife always wanted one but we kind of like jars and leis. I didnt want to chance the pearsei getting mauled for starting something he couldnt finish.
