sweet video of the tank filling. Have no idea how you are filling that up( just figured out the python lol) will check out your tank build thread/filtration section nowww.

You can tell Belle is your favorite! She's on the runway strutting her stuff at 0:18.

Teug is a stunner.

Love the orange tail on the koloton.

That's possibly my favorite photo of Nigel. He looks so innocent and cuddly!
Hahah your boy nigel really calmed down allot.

So what i was doing with the returns was junning the pumps so i could drain the sump. I refill with a garden hose.
Wow your Ornate looks amazing. Can't wait till mine get that big :D
Thx man. Yours will be there in no time

Ha I hope so. All your poly's look great. What kind of sand is that and where did you go to get it? I wonder if I can get a similar color sand. The red and darker sands bring out better colour's in Senegal's and Ornates right?

This is debatable but here goes...red sand for lower jaws. Upper liik good on red too some say black is better. I kept my upper jaws pfs (pool filter sand) i though they looked ok. Imo a sen is fonna look more or less the same in any substrate.

The sand is red garnet sand. LCruz@barton.com csn probably find a distributor in your area

Flint town!
I have all my uj on pfs they all look good. 180 is 50/50 pfs and black diamond we'll see if it makes a difference. I think Vancouver_98683 Vancouver_98683 posted a link to the red garnet from amazon. Way more then you lucky SOBs that are able to get it on a whim for a penny, but available.

Thanks for the info. I currently have white LFS bought sand in my tank with a black background. The fish look pretty good. May consider back sand (If I can track some down here) would think Ornates would look really nice on darker colored sands.
