300 gallon tank - the project begins!

Wow!! I just read the whole thread in one sitting. A little over 2 hours!! I have never read anything for more than 30 mins probably!! Lol!! The pics helped a lot to keep me interested. They were amazing!! The car talk was nice too. It made laugh a little though. Less than 500whp with a power adder. I'm in that ballpark in a 1970 F350 dually with a 390! Big blocks are there the fun is!! Well hopefully in about 3 month I will. Motor is still on the stand. 
I'm madly in love with your project. I dropped out of the fish hobby for a while. When my 7yr pet clown knife died I tore down my 55g fresh and made the switch to salt. Had lots of trouble with chemistry and after about 2years of neglect just broke down the 55g and stuffed it all into a 29g in my bedroom, its doing great and I'm back in love with fish. I'm ordering an FX5 tomorrow to replace my 1 of my Maxi-Jet600's and my emperor 400. An FX5 should work ok in a 29 I think. Lol! I'm going so big because I plan to have 2 55s set up in the spring / early summer. I'll try it on the 29 but may just put the 55 back together now that I have enough filtration.
