Original price was $176 tax's included for 15mmX 29.5X 70.5 Price 2 weeks later when I actually went to Order it $262 + taxs of 15%

OUCH!!
make sure to ask the guy this time how long that price is good for and get it in writing if you can...doesn't always work, but it tells the retailer that you are serious about the purchase and you don't need to be "sold" something.

Alot of times retailers will underquote you a price if you are not going to purchase right at the time of inquiry...this keeps you from looking elsewhere in the meantime and then if/when you return to buy, they give you the "bad" news...
usually saying that their price has increased, or some other cock and bull story

exactly what I was thinking. Zenn. I am Quite pissed off at them right now. trust me even if the price is more somewhere else I will go with them if I find the price has not changed in the last month. also I intend to inquire about a price as I did the first time. and then I will order at the same time if I like the price. then they will not have the opportunity to change their price. if they do I will use legal means to have things rectified. I am a contractor and I purchase smaller pieces of glass alot for features in projects but I tend to use local suppliers. its how I advertise and has gotten me alot of work. the thing about this job is this is for me and for me to define local is a large area as I travel over 400Miles in any direction on a weekly basis
