very nice decor, but how are you going to avoid alge incrusting the decor so that it keeps up those wonderful colors??

man those corals are amazing. ive been following the project, and cant wait to see the pics one those bad boys are installed. please dont make us wait til the fish go in for another update with pics.

i bet that when the tank is set up it will be nigh impossible to tell if they real

that looks so fantastic

It will be possible to tell the difference ;) ...but it's an exquisite piece indeed.

There are several cleaning methods for stuff like this. One is focused water pressure. Another is a good scrubbing with a brush. Usually, it's a routine project geared towards prevention. The idea is to clean them off enough algae never gets a foot hold. Kind of like a 2 minute wipe down of your front aquarium glass very day prevents a 50 minute scrubbing twice a month.
