In my case because the ply structure is so heavy itself, I have applied 1 layer of 300gram woven roving matting on all the large flat areas inside and out( If you were to use chopped strand matt you would probably need 450-600gram as it is a lot weaker then woven roving). All the internal supports, top braces and corners etc have 2 layers and overlap on to the flat panels by about 4".Ramesh;3304183; said:Thanks for the very straight forward break down and tips.
