mike if the water is not heated yet and you have no heating in the room it is possible but you would usally see moisture also on the acrylic pannel

need to get the filters running get it heated and see what happens mate monitor it over a few days

get that tile replaced !!!!!!!!!!!
 
cheers alan, good to know it can happen. no problems today with it, but still a little greasy here and there. no water which is the main thing.

got the front facia fixed now and all the top covered with the polycarb plastic, works a treat. waiting for a fish shop up north to get back to me, they had BD AQUARIUM SAND for 9.99 (25kg) seeing if they will stick five bags on a courier.
 
mike just down road from you, on a12 place call elephants, rats and cats, i went a mouth or so and they had 25kg bags of aquarium sand for 11.00, might be worrth a visit save on the courier
