im seriously considering it because I have a HUGE room in the basement with cement floors and and even a floor drain...and its all for me! muahahaha!

I could throw in a target pool or something like that and see if I could breed these suckers...but I wouldnt want to if I cant sell a good amount of em...they get kinda big and idk if I can house like 70! :ROFL:

they get pond breed in small quanties in asia, and a couple of members in usa do breed them seasonally i beleave... im working on it... but legal issues regarding their import to uk are tricky to get around, but i will;)

There's a member on here that promised me that he would PM me as soon as they spawn down south, he'd hook us up.

As of a couple of weeks ago they hadn't spawned yet.

setup wise u need 1/2 females to 2/4/6 males... in largeish ponds, rest should happen naturally from what i here they go like rabbits in right conditions...

yea, :cry: i thinks it was spot, with the double tail spot :cry: :cry::cry:, the one thats left still hasnt colored up proberly since he tank went all pete tong....

so more males than females??? huh well if I can find a place to catch some I might be able to do it. Do you know how big they need to be before they are mature enough?
