I think you should quit. your lungs weren't designed to breath smoke.

Here's a good reason to quit smoking. I was visiting my grandma a few months before she died of lung cancer. She started coughing harder and harder. Next thing I knew I saw a black object coming out of her mouth which turned out to be part of her lung. The rest of her lung followed soon after. Never really recovered from seeing that.
