one of my fav smokes is after a meal.... that and the morning dump.... they will be my challenges after this carton is gone... which is 4 packs away... i tried the patch before and wanted to stick about 50 to my arm... tried the gum yea that was a waste of money i did cold turkey before for a week.... my best time was when me and my girl got together... i had weened myself to 1 a day which i didnt even need or really want stopped for 3 days went to a store to get a drink and for no reason bought a pack of smokes.... that was it went to a pack a day again....

HA!! That is exactly ME!!!! I quit for about a year, then one day I went to pay for my gas and just bought a pack...welp been back on em ever since, saying I'm gonna stop. Did the patch, did the gum, did the pills, did the cold turkey...but you see where it got me.

I got this one sadistic buddy who firmly belives in the ballwack method...It's extreme but it does work.
It involves a support person to do, as the name implies.
If he smokes, he gets the support person to step up and deliver a kick...
kinda like,
uncomfortable if he smokes,
