Loc fish that is a Carpintis X Blood Parrot. First Gen. Like you asked for. My friend bred these last year and there was quite a variation in the batch. Here are some pictures of these for anyone else who is wondering what SRT's look like when they are just Red Texas instead of the Super Red.

We need to be carefuul when we post pics and make claims as to what the fish are (especially when they are not our fish and we do not have pics of the parents/spawn). Many of us are using this thread to learn to id crosses. Posting pics of acaras as crosses or spilirum (sp?) with nicaraguensis and claiming they are vieja crosses is not helping anyone to be informed.

i jus got this little guy, hes still small so he doesnt look as pronounced but hes a Motaguense x Loiselle hybrid, or atleast sold to me that way, im still waitin for the email back from the guy i bought it from to tell me how he knows its a hybrid, but ne ways here he is
hes a cool little parachromis mix =)
