i tried to dangle the feeder in front of him but after a couple of minutes i gave up. i dump about 60 small feeders and sure enough, he acted like he couldnt get to them. but i left for a few and came back and his stomach was full. just sucks that my florida gars are pigs and better hunters, but it looks like hes got the hang of it. thanks for all your posts!!!!

first pic is when i recieved him/her. and the others are after two weeks.

i was wondering if anyone knew what the holes on his head? is that normal? check out the reflection in the water, you can see the top of its head.
