Starting to get pretty excited about how these guys are growing out. Top pic is one of the females, bottom 2 are my favorite males out of the group.

The are all currently in a 900g pond so no in tank pics at the moment. I just netted them out to take a peak at what I have and to sex them. I was a little surprised with how good they are turning out. All of them have perfect fins and trailers.
It's funny how the female LOOKS daintier. Bigger eye, softer cheek. Lol good looking fish
I ended up with 4 males and 3 females. All of the male's are almost the exact same size and all of the females are just a touch smaller. Amphilophus can be hard to sex but these guys all looked the part. I seldom can look at 7 amphilophus and be right 100℅ of the time on sexing them.
Very nice....i'm addicted to Parachromis right now, but since joining MFK and learning of all the different Amphilophus out there, one day i'd like to vary it up a bit and keep something besides Citrinellus and Labiatus
