An old school Oceanic tank

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
My family has had an Oceanic since the 80’s. It was the more like the Rolls Royce of aquariums, in my opinion. Broke the front panel moving it and now can’t find anyone in the area to fix it. I’m sure that if it hadn’t happened it would still be running. The stand has gotten a little out if square from not being used and moving around but besides the crack on the front panel, the actual aquarium is still like the day that my mom bought it. Sure wish that I could find another one. Don’t mean to hijack your post but does anyone know of a manufacturer that has the same quality that doesn’t cost an arm and leg?
I’m not sure, we just happened to buy a few tanks used not knowing they were Oceanic. The 53 we got for cheap and the 135 we overpaid. So it’s hit and miss buying used. Maybe someone better qualified to answer on Oceanic tanks than me, there is great input on this site. They are excellent top notch aquarium’s for sure

i have a 4ft oceanic 105 rimless, weighs as much as a 180 but i have a chip in the top of the glass, its in my shed with my other unused tanks
