not in a very big rush but i need them by Febuary
also anyone know where i can get those little plastic tanks i think they are called Kritter Keepers in bulk?Like i need 500 or so of those.
thanks guys:)

Good luck on finding them, but out of curiousity?

Why do you need so many feeders?!

Sounds like an exciting project, whatever your doing, I'll be waiting for them pics!

Carny project?

I have seen websites, but always in the US, so useless to me, i'll see if i can find them again.

yes and befor anyone flames me what i'm doing is setting up a pool and putting the goldfish in it
and any parent who says they are going to put the goldfish in a bowl will hear this
"well i'm sorry but i can't give it to you here's a teddy bear"
the kritter keepers are for transport home not for them to live forever in!!!!!!!!
anyone who asks that will get a small teddy bear
well actully i thought of getting stuffed goldfish and saying put this in your bowl
i own my joint i can run it as i see fit
i care about money and i also care about the fish
that's why i'm also looking into bulk 10 gallon tanks systems and other things of that nature and will be giving out detailed care sheets
but i convinced my partner keeping goldfish in trash cans lined with plastic isn't a good idea so we are getting a pool that i think is around 2,000 gallon or so
it'll be catching to the eye and it'll be better for the fish
i know most people think i'm wrong for giving them away but there are 15 goldfish joints at our fair alone and it'll never stop so atleast i can help the ones in my care
the money for the pool is coming outta my pocket.i hope the goldfish like it.
and as i said if people say oh it's just a fish a goldfish is happy in a bowl i'll treat them like the idiots they are and give them a stuffed one and tell them this one will be happy in a bowl
i mean guys it's my job i'm trying to make the fish have a little bit better quality of life than they'd have at the other joints or at a pet store

For the ones who want to put it in a bowl you should give them a goldfish cracker. It will be happier and cheaper for you.

oh and if i can get ahold of my sister's camera i will post pics and fish that aren't sold at the fair will be given to my LFS i know the owner and he'd gladly take them off my hands
or i might start a pond at my house and put the left overs there.

guppies need a heater
i thought about bettas but i can't get them in the amounty i need and they'd take up alot of room
at the fair i've seen people go through 300 or more goldfish a day.
i couldn't house that many bettas and with guppies they need heaters and most people say i spent a dollar winning this fish i'm not spending 20 bucks for a heatrer and othe junk.also the only guppies i can get in bulk are the wild drab colored ones.
another thing i do is i ask them if they are going straight home if they say no i give them a rd ticket and ell them when they get ready to go home give me the ticket and i'll give them their fish.

I think this whole thing is a totally bad idea. What percentage of these fish do you think will eventually wind up in a 30g tank? How are they going to live in that uncycled pond?

as far as the cycling thing goes
i have gravel from matured tanks and filter media from mature tanks
and as i stated above i'll ask where they are going to put it if they say in a bowl no go they get a stuffed fish
AND i'm looking into bulk 10 gallon aquarium packs(you know the ones that are like 20 dollars and have the hood, light.filter and the tank)
i'll have those at my joint if someone wins a fish and doesn't have a tank they get a choice a stuffed fish or they can give me 15 bucks for the tank.i figure if i get the tanks in bulk i'll break even.
