What do you mean? As guys said above - they are "selling" federally banned fish in the US where no one can have it. Scammers, clear as day.

Real strange address. Inconsistent photos, obviously not theirs. Wrong labels. 24/7 phone service, haha... We are here 24/7 to scam you out of your hard earned money.

We have the best quality Arowana fishes at cheaper rate for your tanks

Address: We are based in U.S (5149 Yellowwood Dr SW LOT 295 Navarre, OH 44662)

We have branches in Europe, Canada and Asia..

Federally only Asians are banned.

Each State has its own laws on top too and they vary, you'd do good by yourself if you checked yours and kept on top of it as the legislature keeps changing with years and pretty much only in the way hostile to our hobby, thanks to all the releases, accidental or idiotic, and the damage to the US ecosystems, nature, and livelihood of certain population groups like fishermen.

We are slowly but surely creeping toward the nanny state Australia scenario where the government has to protect the Australian nature and hence the Australian human population from the consequences of the population's own idiocy by taking away their freedom to keep the fish they want to keep. Same here qualitatively, not yet quantitatively, ONLY because the Australian wildlife is more unique and much more fragile and the continent is much smaller.

Our freedom to keep the fish we like is taken away year after year. Our grandchildren will not learn about fish firsthand but from TV and internet, perhaps with the exception of goldfish and guppies.

Anyhow, for instance, Florida bans all arowana but silver. Even black too. Period.

I am not aware of anyone in our circles who understands why Australian, Asian, African, or SA black arowana are any different with respect to a potential effect on the Florida ecosystems than the SA silver. I get your question. Black and silver are like GMC and Chevrolet, or six one way and half a dozen the other.

I have never met an explanation. Not that I looked anyway. The government doesn't have to explain but I am sure if one digs up the legislation papers, something could be understood. I for one have better things to do as doing something like this sounds as exciting as a short and senseless jail sentence to me personally.
