Next I will be adding the Aqua Bridge back in and filling the 75 Gallon with Sand and Water.

This is what I got done this Morning.

Water? Oh that. LOL  I am working on that.
I got the Substrate from the 40 Gallon all washed and in the 75 Gallon tank now.

I have another 50 lb. bag that I could add to the 75 Gallon but I think I am going to save it for another tank. :)
Thanks for stopping by, I will be adding back the decorations, Aqua Bridge and Water next.

I got this done this afternoon.

Evening Update:
Hey everyone. :)

Well the upgrade is all most done.
The last component I need to change out is the return pump.
Ok, back on track. Here are some pictures of the tank as I finished getting it up and running.

Getting the tank ready for filling.

Here is the Sump/Refugium, I don't have the lights setup yet but hopefully by tomorrow.
You can notice on the left the water level in the Pump area. The current pump is working at highest capacity (set to 500 GPH) probably about 380 - 400 GPH.

When I change it to the new pump I think I will have to put a valve on it to keep it from pulling the water to fast.

Thanks for coming by for a look. :)

Check back for updates.

Here are the parts for the return.

There are a total of 50 holes drilled in the V spray bar.

Tomorrow I will be swapping out the 500 GPH pump for the Aqueon AQ4500 1189 GPH pump and the 1/2" single spray bar for the dual 3/4" spray bar. I am running 1" line from the pump into the UV Clarifier then from the Clarifier into the Ball valve then up to the tanks spray bar.

Thank You ssiddons50. :)
Well having a drill press helps a lot. The whole Tank change and Stand rework was a lot of work but well worth the effort. I am really happy with the new PVC Overflow design, it has been working great so far. I think the real test will be tomorrow when I swap out the return pump. :)
