After talking with Divinehammer I decided to change the return setup. Divinehammer had stated that he had heard of UV Clarifiers blowing there gaskets if the ball valve is placed after the UV. So I am placing the ball valve before the UV as a precautionary setup. I would hate to have a blowout.*I am running 1" line from the pump into the Ball valve then into the UV Clarifier then from the Clarifier up to the tanks spray bar.

Update:
I got everything swapped out.
Currently I have the Ball Valve full open.
The pump chamber is low but so far the system is maintaining.
I will be doing a video of the whole setup and get it posted tomorrow.

Hello Fishy Friends.
I have good new to report, the New Aqueon AQ4500 Pump has lasted the last 16 hours without a problem.

I am currently uploading the Aqua Bridge Overview video. It is about 55 -60% done.
As soon as it is done and I have reviewed it I will post it here for your enjoyment.

I was asked by a friend.
"I'm glad to see the upgraded tank in the setup. How many gallons are you running now, and how much over filtration are you figuring? 150 gallons plus 4x filtration?"

I replied:

I like the addition of the tank.
Ok as far as total water volume we have 60 Gal Hex + 55 Gal + 75 Gal = 190 Gal, now if you add the Sump and 3 canisters then we are running approx. 225 Gal.

Lets see as far as Filtration I am running.
Marineland C220 220 GPH rated for a 55 Gal Tank. Probably getting 180 GPH.
Cascade 1500 350 GPH rated for a 200 Gal Tank. Probably getting 300 GPH.
My DIY 5 Gal Canister 500 GPH unknown rating. guessing 300+ Gal Tank. Probably getting 450 GPH.
Then my Sump/Refugium 1189 GPH unknown rating guessing 400+ Gal Tank Probably getting 1050 GPH.
Nah I don't think I am getting any Over Filtration.

Hey everyone, I am happy to report that I am 42 hours in to the New PVC Overflow/Return Pump and everything is running smooth.
There is no fluctuations in the Sump water level in the return pump chamber.

Update:

We are currently having a severe Thunder Storm here. We took 3 power hits and the system handled it great. Everything is working flawlessly.
